2K a year Gaming Capital Group, a leading vendor in the gaming industry, is looking for a Class II Networked Gaming Technical Manager to support our field services team with Class II servers and networking.
This position will be responsible for all aspects of networking and server setup for Class II games operated by GCG.
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
? Network installation, configuration, cable management, and troubleshooting ? Installing of server racks and server administration (ie.
Dell, HP, VMWare) ? Basic knowledge of network switch management (ie.
Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Routers) ? Communicate with Manufacturers and Casino IT department on initial Class II Architecture ? Provide technical documentation of architecture and SOPs related to Class II installations and access ? Communicate with Class II Manufacturers in troubleshooting back end service of the casino ? Point of contact for Telecom companies ? Training of electronic game technicians in Class II server configuration and maintenance ? Electronic game technician duties as needed and/or assigned.
? Strong project management skills.

Please understand we will have many occasions when installations and emergencies will require additional hours beyond your standard work hours.
